Everest base camp is a famous challenging trek in khumbu, Nepal. It is famous for spectacular mountain peaks and the loyalty and friendliness of inhabitants (we find Sherpa community there) Everest base camp is of two base camp on opposite side of mount Everest .south base camp is in Nepal at an altitude of 5364meters,and north base camp is Tibet at 5150 meters. These camps are traditional and rudimentary campsites on Mount Everest that are used by followers/mountain climbers during their ascent and descent. The south side is one of the most popular, famous, interested, achievable trekking routs in the Himalaya and visited by more than thousand trekkers each year. Trekkers usually fly from Kathmandu to Lukla to save time and energy before beginning the morning trek to this base camp. However, trekking to Lukla is possible. There are no direct roads from Kathmandu to lukla as a result, the only method of transporting large and heavy goods is by plane. This is a campsite at the bottom of Mount Everest. A side from breathtaking scenery, travelers to the region can experience unique Sherpa culture by visiting monasteries and museums along the way. Days are fully filled with walking for the pleasure, sheer achievable, memorable and fruitful of it, while trekking is possible in this area the whole year round, the best times to visit are the beginning of March to mid-May and from the beginning of September to mid-November.

Everest Base Camp winters are very cold and snow may make it difficult to travel higher than Debouche, and also lodges may close above high altitude. Climbers typically rest at base camp for several days for acclimatization to reduce the risk and severity of altitude sickness. Supplies are shipped to the south base camp by Sherpa’s or potters, and with the help of animals, usually yaks. The north base camp has vehicle access in summer months.
